SAY NO TO VIOLENCE & DEATH, AND YES TO NON-VIOLENCE & CREATIVE LIVING

Say No To Death and Violence and Yes to Non-violence and Creative Living is a step-by-step intellectual, spiritual, and physical process that transforms the lives of youth while simultaneously enabling them to be nonviolent educators in their schools, peer groups, churches and the larger society. Say No to Death and Violence and Yes to Non-violence and Creative Living achieves this goal by involving youth in an intense and structured process that relies on a multi-dimensional curriculum which changes core values, norms, perceptions, behaviors, under-education, narrowness of world views, relationships, and daily practices.

Individual or group community projects go hand-in-hand with other aspects of nonviolence and community and leadership formation. Therefore, the formation is not abstract. Rather, it rests on concrete and documented results in the daily lives of youth and their communities. The youth work collectively and one-on-one with master nonviolence trainers, musicians, literacy teachers, and spiritual coaches that guide them away from a culture of violence to a culture of nonviolence and civic participation and activism.
